Selma was a little worried about Santa Claus and whether he would come tomorrow. So to be on the safe side, she wanted to bake her favorite Cookies – namely liver pate bones. Now, the cookies are standing nicely in front of the chimney waiting for Santa. Selma, is more sitting nervously waiting ….

Ingredients:
1 | Egg |
300 g | Liver pate |
500 g | Oatmeal |
300 g | Cottage cheese |
1 dl | Oil (rapeseed, soy, sunflower) |
Potato flour (for rolling) |

Decorations (optional):
1 | Egg white |
Dog treats (small bought) |

Instructions:
1 Mix all the ingredients except the potato flour in a bowl |
2 Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour |
3 Turn the oven to 150 degrees (Celsius) and – Cover baking sheets with parchment paper |
4 Roll out the dough until it is approx. 1 cm thick If the dough is too soft, add potato flour or oatmeal – Shape as bones or to a desired shape, and – Place them on the baking paper |


Tips! You do not need to shape the dough to dog bones – if you want, you can just roll the dough directly on the baking paper, put them in the oven, and break them up into chunky pieces

5 Bake for about 30 minutes. – Switch off the oven and – Let the biscuits dry well |

6 Decoration: Optional Whip the egg whites, and – Use it to glue the purchased goodies to the ready-baked biscuits – Bake the biscuits for about 10 new minutes still 150 degrees |

7 Store in a glass and / or refrigerator |
